Base pay: 5 dollars per hour for beginners in appointment setting
Experienced roles: 7 to 12 dollars per hour for roofing and solar campaigns, based on experience and results
Bonuses: 700 dollars for each closed solar deal you helped set, 5 dollars for each valid roofing appointment
Training: One week paid training to get you fully ready
